Name that tune (1)

The tune notated in this PDF was used as dance music during my daughter’s school play. I heard it again on a compilation tape as background music to the office Christmas party. We would like to know what it is! It goes fast. I have given it in C major.

    Thank you for that. I’ve seen the Snowman film a number of times but didn’t remember that bit. Snowmen or not, it’s clearly an Irish jig at heart!

    From time to time I may transcribe other snatches of music which perplex me. I’m rather sorry that Melodyhound doesn’t seem to be working right now.
