St. Mary’s Bathwick is beginning a fundraising campaign for its organ (I think this is at least the third such campaign since I’ve been in Bath). It’s a Willis, and still at old Philharmonic pitch, which makes some performers baulk at tuning to it.<\/p>\n
Joel Cooper and Shean Bowers presented a concert of popular classics for trumpet and\/or organ. Strictly speaking trumpet and cornet – a piccolo trumpet was also on display for the audience to look at.
