But as a way of finding out about the 2005 Music Festival this was a failure. I never a received a brochure about the Festival, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheltenhamfestivals.co.uk\/frame_festindex.cfm?FEST=MUSIC\" onclick=\"__gaTracker('send', 'event', 'outbound-article', 'http:\/\/www.cheltenhamfestivals.co.uk\/frame_festindex.cfm?FEST=MUSIC', 'website');\">website<\/a> was down for most of the last week.  (The Festival started yesterday.)  I tried emailing Cheltenham council &#8211; the best I could do in the absence of a website &#8211; to request a brochure, but haven&#8217;t received one yet.
